Bulgogi, literally means “fire meat”, is a meat made of thin marinated slices of beef. 

In our restaurant, the majority menu contains bulgogi.

We use grandmother’s secret recipe to make these incredible foods. It’s prepare in a sweet and savory sauce made of soy sauce,kiwi, and korean pear juice, then stove-top griddle,making for some flavorful meat.
